Michele Robinson, MPA ’16, shares her inspiring career journey from case management into executive leadership at nonprofit and government agencies. She describes how taking initiative, finding mentors, adapting to change, and applying her education helped her identify organizational gaps, develop innovative programs, and advance into leadership roles that directly impact homelessness prevention, affordable housing, water quality, and employment.
