Dr. Michael Smith is a 2023 PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology graduate, former United States Airforce First Sergeant, executive coach, public speaker, and author of the book, Erasing the Line in the Sand: Navigating Societal Acceptance from the Perspective of a Former USAF Thunderbirds First Sergeant and Combat Veteran, which recently landed on the Amazon Bestseller list.  Dr. Smith is a global leader in executive coaching who has presented to C-Suite corporate executives, military leaders, college/university faculty and administrators, and emerging leaders in multiple countries across the world. In this video, Dr. Smith shares how he advanced his career from military and corporate leadership roles into presenting at large-scale public speaking events and starting his own executive coaching business.
