Megan Wade is a Walden Doctor of Education (EdD) student with an MBA and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management. She is a career coach and workshop instructor who is the CEO and Founder of Released to Shine, LLC. Megan recently started the Released to Shine Podcast to help persons who were formerly incarcerated build resilience, learn how to navigate the job search process, and find hope and inspiration after incarceration.
